One of the most important things to remember is to work hard at selling yourself. Build a great resume and the jobs that you post your resume to and interviews that you go to will show interest by contacting you.

Possible Job Leads

This post is not classifieds in the sense that these jobs are available, assume that none of these places are hiring, but use these possible job leads to your advantage. Find places that interest you and visit their website. Browse around the website to get familiar with the layout and look for a place on the page that says ‘Job Opportunity’ or ‘Contact Us’. Most of the jobs on this post have a place to paste your resume while others offer a place to request a comment under ‘how can we help?’ In general, if you created a resume from our website, you can paste it directly to some or all of these possible job leads. If you pick a few, bookmark the ones that you are working with and keep in contact with follow up e-mails and links to their company for when they plan to hire.

Posting a resume to race teams works a little bit different. Cheever Racing is the only company that will let you post your resume to their website. All other ‘Indy Race League’ race teams want you to contact general information offices or human resources departments. Here are direct links to these specific pages with phone numbers for you to call, fax numbers to send your resumes to, and addresses to mail your resumes and cover letters also. Even though NASCAR race teams are located in the southern states, Race City Resumes is a race employment agency that works directly with NASCAR teams.
